Hey there—thanks for checking out Nordic Waters Guide Fishing! These terms explain how our guided trips work. When you book a fishing adventure with us, you agree to these terms, so please give them a quick read.
2.1. You can book trips on our website: www.nordicwaters.dk.
2.2. Our base is Vintervej 78, 8210 Aarhus.
2.3. We provide guided fishing trips and lessons for all levels.
3.1. Once you’ve confirmed your trip date, we ask for a DKK 500 deposit by transfer (unless we agree on something else).
3.2. The remaining balance is due at least one day before your trip—either by transfer or cash when you arrive.
3.3. If you need to cancel, no problem—just let us know at least 7 days before your trip to get a full refund. Cancellations within a week mean the deposit is non-refundable (unless we can agree on a new date).
There’s no age limit as long as everyone can behave respectfully in nature and follow safety instructions.
You can book by sending a WhatsApp to +45 9181 0272 or emailing us at info@nordicwaters.dk.
If the weather is awful or something unforeseen pops up, we’ll happily reschedule your trip without any extra fees or losing your deposit.
Guests are responsible for bringing their own rods, lures, waders, food, and drinks.
If you’d rather borrow gear, no worries—we can provide it for an extra fee (we’ll agree on this in advance).
Important:
If you break, ruin, or lose the rod or reel you borrow, you’ll need to cover the cost of replacing it with the same model.
And if you drop the reel into salt water—you get to keep it (as a salty souvenir), but you’ll also need to pay for a new one. Seriously—please don’t drop it in the sea!
All guests must know how to swim. While we do our best to keep everyone safe, Nordic Waters Guide Fishing isn’t liable for accidents or injuries during the trip.
You’re responsible for your own belongings and any gear you borrow from us. If you damage something we lend you, you’ll need to cover the repair. Lost items will be billed at their full replacement cost.
10.1. For safety, all treble hooks on lures must be barbless (or have the barbs removed). People stand close together, and we’d rather skip any hospital visits.
10.2. If you’re sea fishing, you can use barbed hooks—but it’s your responsibility to make sure nobody gets hooked.
If something didn’t meet your expectations, please reach out at info@nordicwaters.dk. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Check our website’s privacy policy for details about how we handle your personal data.
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll post the changes on our website or let you know another way.
That’s it—simple and clear. Ready to go fishing!
