1. Introduction

Welcome to Nordic Waters Guide Fishing! These Terms of Service govern your use of our guide fishing services. By booking a fishing trip with us, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Details

2.1. Our primary website for booking fishing services is www.nordicwaters.dk.

2.2. Our physical address is Vintervej 78, 8210 Aarhus.

2.3. We offer guided fishing trips and fishing lessons.

3. Payment and Cancellation

3.1. Upon confirming the agreed date for the fishing trip, clients are required to submit a 20% deposit via bank transfer.

3.2. The remaining 80% should be paid at least one day before the trip via bank transfer or in cash on the agreed day upon arrival.

3.3. Cancellation is free of charge if made at least three months before the agreed day. Cancellation within three months of the agreed day will result in the loss of the deposit, unless the customer chooses an alternative date without losing the deposit.

4. Age Restrictions

We do not have age restrictions for our services, as long as participants have basic knowledge of fishing.

5. Booking

Customers can book their trip via our online booking system or by email at info@nordicwaters.dk.

6. Rescheduling for Bad Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the service can be rescheduled without losing the deposit.

7. Equipment and Gear

Customers are responsible for bringing their own fishing equipment, lures, waders, food, and drinks. Necessary items can be provided by us for an additional fee, agreed upon before the trip.

8. Liability and Waivers

The guide is not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during fishing trips. Customers booking a fishing trip with us agree that all participants must know how to swim.

9. Personal Belongings and Lost Items

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and any items provided by Nordic Waters Guide Fishing. Damaged borrowed items will be repaired at the customer’s expense, and lost items will be billed at the full price.

10. Conduct Rules

10.1. Treble hooks used on lures during our fishing trips must be barbless or have barbs removed. This is to prevent accidents, as people may stand close to each other. Carp fishing can be done by using hooks with micro barbs. Customers must ensure their hooks meet this requirement before the trip.

10.2. Barbed hooks on lures must be changed before the fishing trip.

11. Complaints and Disputes

In the event of complaints, please contact us at info@nordicwaters.dk.

12. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our privacy policy page on our website for information regarding the use of customer data and personal information.

13. Amendments to Terms

These terms may be amended or updated by Nordic Waters Guide Fishing. Customers will be notified of changes through the website or other appropriate means.
